SMS Messaging Terms

SMS updates and new SMS enrollment are currently off on this website. Order confirmations are sent by email. The terms below describe our optional SMS program when enabled.

About this program

Hazel's Subs & Wraps ("we," "us," "Hazel's") operates an optional transactional SMS notification program to keep you informed about your order.

This program is transactional only. We use it to send order-related messages. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

Message types

If you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages, depending on how you ordered:

Local pickup orders:

• Order confirmed (after payment processes).
• Your order is being prepared.
• Your order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery orders:

• Order confirmed (after payment processes).
• Your order is being prepared.
• Your order is out for delivery.
• Driver arrived (if this status is available for your order).

Message frequency varies based on your order activity.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box at checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively select it to consent. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent.

Consent is voluntary. You can still place an order if you choose not to opt in.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS notifications will be sent to that number.

To re-subscribe after opting out, text START to our messaging number. Checking the SMS consent box on a future order does not automatically clear a prior opt-out — you must first text START to restore delivery to your number.

Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. This program is available on most US wireless carriers.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent status are used to deliver order-status messages for your order and for related business recordkeeping. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
